Services are provided under signed service agreements or accepted quotes.

Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Support hours and SLA commitments are defined in individual service agreements.

All intellectual property created for clients remains client property upon full payment.

Emergency and after-hours support may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

We comply with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and best practices.

Client data is processed only as necessary to provide contracted services.

We maintain strict confidentiality agreements with all employees and contractors.

Data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments with encryption at rest and in transit.

Clients may request data deletion upon contract termination (subject to legal retention requirements).

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) suspend service obligations.

Clients are responsible for maintaining current backups of their data.

We recommend cyber insurance for comprehensive business protection.

All invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

AMC and subscription services are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Services may be suspended for invoices overdue by more than 60 days.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and select UAE payment gateways.
