AMC FAQs
All AMC packages require a minimum 12-month commitment. This ensures we can provide consistent service quality and invest in understanding your infrastructure. Early termination fees may apply.
Our technicians perform system health checks, apply security patches, verify backups, check network performance, clean endpoints, and document any findings. You receive a detailed report after each visit.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time with immediate effect. Downgrades are possible at contract renewal. We'll work with you to find the right fit as your business evolves.
No, our AMC covers support and management services only. Hardware repairs, replacements, and software licenses are quoted separately. We do offer procurement services at competitive rates.
We cover all of Dubai and Sharjah with no travel charges. For other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ), travel charges apply based on distance.
