They are support-labour rates based on the supplied USD schedule converted at USD 1 = AED 3.675 and rounded to the nearest AED 5. VAT, travel, parts, licenses, facility fees and work outside the confirmed scope are separate unless the quotation states otherwise.
The calculator selects the band automatically from the requested date and start time. Monday to Friday from 09:00 to before 18:00 uses the business-hours rate; other weekday times use the outside-business-hours rate; Saturday and Sunday use the weekend rate. Mark the date when it is a UAE public holiday.
No. The customer must arrange facility authorization, access, approved task instructions and any required method of procedure. Work remains subject to the facility rules, equipment supportability and agreed scope.
Dubai bookings have no travel charge. For another emirate, the calculator uses one-way driving distance from 25°11'25.8"N 55°15'28.4"E, rounds the distance up to the next whole kilometre and adds AED 5 per kilometre to the estimate.
An annual maintenance contract may be a better fit when support demand is recurring and you want defined corrective call-outs, preventive visits and a remote-support allowance. Compare the three annual packages before choosing.
