Platform and component updates
Plan core, plugin, theme, app, framework, and dependency updates with compatibility checks and a rollback approach.

Web, Hosting & Automation
Keep business websites and web applications maintained through planned updates, bug fixes, security checks, backups, restoration support, performance work, content changes, and clear reporting.
Web AMC covers websites and web applications. It is separate from Dubaitech's IT AMC, which covers workplace users, devices, networks, infrastructure, and broader business IT support.
Planned website care
Business websites change even when nobody edits a page. Content-management systems, plugins, themes, application frameworks, browser behavior, integrations, certificates, hosting services, and security threats continue to evolve. Without clear ownership, updates are postponed until something breaks, then urgent fixes are attempted without a tested backup or rollback plan.
Dubaitech provides website maintenance for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom web applications where the platform, access, and required work fit the agreed scope. The service can combine scheduled maintenance, allocated support hours, compatibility checks, security work, content requests, performance improvements, backup and restoration, and a practical activity report.
Web AMC is not a general IT support contract. It covers the website or web application components listed in the agreement. Dubaitech's IT AMC remains the service for workplace support, computers, networks, Microsoft 365, servers, and business IT infrastructure. Organizations can use either service independently or coordinate both where responsibilities overlap.
Companies without a dedicated in-house website administrator
WordPress or WooCommerce sites with important plugin dependencies
Shopify stores that need theme, content, app, or integration support
Custom web applications requiring planned technical maintenance
Businesses that want allocated support hours and maintenance reporting
Core capabilities
Coverage is confirmed after a technical assessment because platform condition, custom code, licenses, hosting access, integrations, and existing defects vary significantly between websites.
Plan core, plugin, theme, app, framework, and dependency updates with compatibility checks and a rollback approach.
Investigate reproducible layout, form, content, navigation, checkout, integration, browser, and application problems within scope.
Review access, supported hardening, updates, scanning, logs, and suspicious changes while coordinating hosting controls where available.
Assess indicators, preserve relevant information, remove confirmed malicious changes where feasible, update affected components, and plan recovery.
Coordinate scheduled backups for applicable files and databases and maintain a documented restoration approach for covered components.
Measure page behavior and address suitable image, script, font, cache, rendering, hosting, and code issues without guaranteeing a score.
Use allocated hours for agreed page, image, copy, form, banner, navigation, and responsive layout updates.
Support store themes, catalogue presentation, checkout configuration, apps or plugins, and approved integrations within platform constraints.
Summarize completed work, updates, findings, backup status, open risks, recommendations, and consumed support time.
Maintenance options
The right plan reflects business criticality, platform complexity, content frequency, current condition, and the response and support window agreed in the contract.
Schedule routine checks, approved updates, backups, reporting, and an allocation of support time for covered website work.
Provide a defined request and escalation route for covered bugs or changes, with response options stated in the selected plan.
Use an assessment to prioritize measurable technical work before moving the improved site into routine maintenance.
Suitable industries
Maintenance is useful wherever a website's content, forms, availability, checkout, or authenticated functions affect customers or staff.
Professional-service firms using websites to generate enquiries
Retailers operating WooCommerce or Shopify stores
Hospitality, healthcare, and education sites managing bookings or forms
Property and facilities businesses publishing active listings or requests
Membership, training, and customer self-service applications
Corporate websites with recurring campaigns and content updates
Delivery process
Dubaitech first documents the website and open risks, then confirms included assets, access, support hours, priorities, exclusions, and reporting.
Review platform, code, components, hosting, domains, access, backups, security, performance, integrations, and known problems.
Document versions, ownership, access, current condition, urgent actions, exclusions, and the approved maintenance scope.
Agree schedule, allocated hours, request route, update method, testing, backup, rollback, priority response, and reports.
Complete approved routine work and requests, validate affected journeys, record changes, and escalate discovered risks.
Share activity, backup and update status, issues, recommendations, used hours, and next maintenance priorities.
Safe maintenance and recovery
Updates can expose compatibility problems, and a compromised website may require more than deleting visible files. Dubaitech reviews backup and access first, tests important changes where practical, records work, and uses rollback or recovery procedures appropriate to the platform.
Malware cleanup does not guarantee that an application will never be compromised again. Root causes may involve vulnerable code, stolen credentials, hosting, third-party services, or unsupported components. Findings and limitations are documented, and major redevelopment or hosting remediation is proposed separately when required.
Named administrator access and MFA where the platform supports it
Backup and rollback preparation before higher-risk changes
Staging or controlled testing where suitable and available
Supported component inventory and review of abandoned dependencies
Change records for updates, fixes, content, and configuration
Escalation for suspected compromise, data risk, or work outside scope
Controls, platform features, data location, retention, licensing, and support coverage are confirmed during discovery. Dubaitech provides technical services, not legal advice or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Why Dubaitech
Dubaitech can maintain the covered site while coordinating related infrastructure or security work through the appropriate service scope.
Existing defects, custom code, licenses, access, and unsupported components are identified before routine service begins.
The agreement distinguishes included website work from hosting, redesign, development projects, and business IT support.
Speed changes are based on observed pages and bottlenecks rather than an unsupported promise of a perfect score.
Hosting, cloud, cybersecurity, backup, development, and IT AMC specialists can be involved when the issue crosses service boundaries.
Buyer questions
Web AMC is a recurring maintenance agreement for the websites or web applications named in the contract. It can cover planned updates, security checks, backups, bug fixes, content changes, performance work, allocated support hours, priority-response options, and reports according to the selected scope.
Web AMC covers the website or web application layer. IT AMC covers workplace users, computers, networks, Microsoft 365, servers, and broader business IT infrastructure. Hosting can be included with Web AMC or managed separately. The agreement makes each responsibility explicit.
Yes, subject to an assessment of the site, theme, plugins or apps, custom code, licenses, access, and current condition. Platform restrictions and third-party support terms may affect what can be changed directly and what requires a vendor or separate development scope.
Plans can include allocated support hours and priority-response options, but the quantity, eligible work, support window, and response target must be stated in the approved package or contract. We do not publish one universal response promise for every website.
We can measure representative pages and work on suitable image, script, font, cache, rendering, hosting, layout, and code issues. Results depend on the platform, content, third-party scripts, devices, networks, and hosting, so a specific score or ranking improvement is not guaranteed.
We can investigate and plan recovery when suitable access and backups are available. Work may include containment, evidence review, malware removal, credential resets, component updates, restoration, and monitoring. Severe compromise or unsupported code may require rebuilding or specialist incident response.
Define the right maintenance boundary
Tell us the platform, hosting, business role, known issues, update history, and support you need. Dubaitech will review what should be included in maintenance and what needs separate remediation first.
Manage hosting, deployment, certificates, monitoring, backups, and web security.
Cover users, endpoints, networks, infrastructure, and broader business IT support.
Develop or improve store, checkout, order, customer, and automation workflows.
Review wider phishing, web access, DNS, and email security requirements.
